and Background


                    The Company was incorporated in 1978. Originally
                    the firm provided professional engineering services
                    only in Eastern North Carolina. In 1981 they
                    combined with Harwell Engineers (Engineers since
                    1964) to provide a broad spectrum of diversification
                    in the Southeastern United States. In 1983, the
